Tips for Perfect Measurements

Use a Flexible Measuring Tape | Ruler in Centimeters | Measuring Tape
This tool is essential for measuring curved surfaces, corners, or irregular edges. Its adaptability to various shapes ensures precise measurements, avoiding errors and guaranteeing flawless installation.

Measure Twice, Cut Once
Always measure twice before placing an order or making any cuts. This simple step will help prevent mistakes and ensure you purchase the exact amount of material, making sure the vinyl fits perfectly from the start.

Avoid Porous or Irregular Surfaces
Peel-and-stick vinyl adheres best to smooth, clean, and dry surfaces. Applying it on porous surfaces may result in peeling. Properly preparing the surface will ensure a strong and long-lasting adhesion.

Add Extra Margin for Irregular Edges
If the area you want to cover has irregular edges or difficult corners, add an extra 5–10 centimeters to your measurements. This margin will allow you to make adjustments during installation and achieve a professional finish without surprises.

By following these simple tips, you’ll guarantee precise measurements and a quick, hassle-free installation.

Choosing the Right Size for Your Adhesive Tiles

  • If you want the grout lines to remain visible:
Choose adhesive tiles the same size as your original tiles. This allows you to apply them one by one, maintaining the same pattern with the grout lines visible.

  • If you prefer to cover the grout lines for a seamless surface:
Opt for larger adhesive tiles that cover multiple tiles at once.
For example, if your current tiles are 20x20 cm, choose adhesive tiles measuring 40x40 cm to cover four tiles and their grout lines, achieving a uniform finish.
